某制革厂引进成套生产设备,生产人造革。其工艺流程是:配料-搅拌-涂料-水浸-烘干-卷取。主要原料为二甲基甲酰胺(约占70%),其次有少量树脂、色料等(约占30%)。主产时将原料放入铁桶里,搅拌后送入涂料桶,由涂料桶机械加料,然后手工将其均匀涂布在聚氨酯彩纸上,经过35~50℃水浸后烘干即为成品。毒物主要由配料和涂料工序挥发逸散到整个车间。1991年6月17~18日试生产时,每天连续作业12小时,由于车间通风差,逸散在车
