本文介绍了HgMnTe、HgZnTe等新型红外探测器材料的特性,与传统的HgCdTe合金材料的性能进行了比较,指出这些新型红外探测器材料是有发展前途的,但要实用尚需进行许多重要工作。
This paper introduces the characteristics of new infrared detector materials such as HgMnTe and HgZnTe, and compares them with the performance of the traditional HgCdTe alloy materials. It is pointed out that these new infrared detector materials have promising prospects. However, many important work are required to be practical.
