云锡大屯选矿厂是云南锡业公司下属的一个具有47年历史的国有中型选矿厂,其生产采用浮—重—浮—磁工艺,日处理原矿5000吨,年产锡铜金属12000余吨。该厂下设2个车间,20个部委办、科室,现有员工1756人。近几年来,选厂党委、厂部以市场为导向,效益为中心,管理为手段,从严治厂,优化内部管理,全方位推行全员化管理,激活了企业的生产要素,使选厂的生产经营步入良性运转、滚动发展的轨道。
Yunxi Datun Concentrator is a 47-year-old state-owned medium-sized concentrator owned by Yunnan Tin Industry Company. Its production adopts floating-heavy-floating-magnetic technology and processes 5,000 tons of ore per day. It annually produces more than 12,000 tons of tin-copper metal. . The factory consists of two workshops, 20 ministries and commissions, and departments, and currently employs 1,566 people. In recent years, the party committee and the factory of the plant have been market-oriented, benefit-centered, management as a means, strict management of the factory, optimization of internal management, full-scale management in all directions, activation of the company’s production factors, and selection of plants. The production and operation entered a track of healthy operation and rolling development.
