化学锚栓在我国得到了越来越广泛的使用,化学锚栓的耐火性能也越来越受到人们的重视。本文介绍了三种测试化学锚栓耐火性能的方法,对这几种方法进行了对比分析。一种方法是采用GB/T 9978.1-2008规定的标准升温曲线进行耐火试验;一种是采用GB/T 26784-2011规定的隧道火灾RABT-ZTV升温曲线进行耐火试验;一种是经过高温过火后,采用常规拉拔试验测试其承载力。
Chemical anchors have been used more and more widely in our country. The fire resistance of chemical anchors is also paid more and more attention by people. In this paper, three methods for testing the fire resistance of chemical anchor are introduced, and the comparative analysis of these methods is carried out. A method is to use GB / T 9978.1-2008 standard temperature curve for fire test; one is the use of tunnel fire RABT-ZTV GB / T 26784-2011 provisions of the curve for fire resistance test; one is after high temperature over-fire , Using conventional drawing test to test its bearing capacity.
