随着国际交流力度的加大,我国教育部愈加重视对英语的教学,英语教学又迎来了新一轮的改革,这就对英语教学提出了更高的要求。像学习其他新事物一样,英语也要从娃娃抓起,然而,对于从小学三年级开设的英语新课程,由于诸多原因导致了英语学困生的出现,他们在英语学习过程中往往存在许多困难,因此本文从改变课堂氛围、激发学生兴趣及教师深入辅导三方面进行分析,目的在于优化课堂教学,转化小学英语学困生。一、在宽松氛围下主动学习
