同志们: 这次全省统计工作会议的主要议题是:深入贯彻十六大和省十次党代会精神,以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,认真落实朱容基总理、温家宝二位总理和省委、省政府领导的重要讲话,认真开展“统计基础管理创新年”活动,加快统计信息现代化步伐,改革统计制度方法,提高统计服务水平,为加快青海经济社会发展和全面建设小康做出新的贡献。下面我代表省统计局讲几点意见。一、高举“三个代表”重要思想旗帜.解放思想。锐意创新。加快统计工作发展在全面实施社会主义现代化建设第三步战略的关键时刻,党中央召开第十六次代表大会,科学总结了我国社会主义现代化建设的基本经验,把“三个代表”重要思想确定为党的指导思想,提出了今后20年全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标。省十次党代会和省
