目的 应用失血、内毒素双重因素制作大鼠MODS模型 ,并对胃肠道激素的变化作了研究。方法 大鼠动脉放血及腹腔注射内毒素制作MODS模型 ,并进行胃肠道病理形态学观察 ,胃液 pH及血浆胃泌素 (GAS)和胃动素 (MTL)检测。结果 MODS大鼠胃肠道粘膜屏障受损 ;胃液 pH值下降 ;血浆GAS、MTL水平升高。 结论 胃肠激素水平的变化可能是影响MODS机体胃肠道及全身疾病发生、发展的重要因素
Objective To study the changes of gastrointestinal hormones in rat model of MODS by using the two factors of blood loss and endotoxin. Methods MODS model was established by intraperitoneal injection of endotoxin and arterial blood flow in rats. The pathological changes of gastrointestinal tract, gastric juice pH and plasma gastrin (GAS) and motilin (MTL) were detected. Results Gastrointestinal mucosal barrier was impaired in MODS rats; pH value of gastric juice decreased; plasma GAS and MTL levels increased. Conclusion The changes of gastrointestinal hormone may be the important factors that affect the occurrence and development of gastrointestinal and systemic diseases in MODS
