施工组织设计就是项目管理的总规划,是指导技术管理和现场施工的综合性经济的技术方案,合理科学的施工组织设计可以指导和协调施工的工程。施工单位编制切实、可行、有效且具有实施性的施工组织设计是十分重要的。但由于各种因素的影响,使得大多数施工单位的施工组织设计是千篇一律,缺乏针对性,无法实现其目的。本文首先对高速公路施工组织设计质量控制进行概述,阐述了施工组织设计在工程中的控制作用,指出了高速公路中施工组织设计质量控制存在的不足,并提出有效的质量控制策略。
Construction organization design is the general project management plan, is to guide the technical management and on-site construction of a comprehensive economic and technical programs, a reasonable and scientific construction organization design can guide and coordinate the construction of the project. It is very important that the construction unit formulates a practical, feasible, effective and practicable construction organization design. However, due to the influence of various factors, the construction organization design of most construction units is stereotyped, lack of pertinence, and can not achieve its purpose. This paper first gives an overview of the quality control of expressway construction organization design, expounds the control role of construction organization design in engineering, points out the shortcomings of the quality control of construction organization design in expressway, and puts forward the effective quality control strategy.
