为观察肝硬化门静脉高压对胰岛细胞早期分泌的影响 ,了解其受损程度。选择肝硬化门脉高压患者 ,Child -pugh肝功分级为B级 2 0例。实验方法为静脉快速注射左旋精氨酸注射液 2 0ml,在注射前、注射后 2、4、6分钟分别采集静脉血样 ,放射免疫法测定胰岛素、C肽及胰升糖素的水平。结果显示正常人精氨酸兴奋后胰岛素、C肽和胰升糖素的分泌高峰均在 2~ 4分钟 ,门脉高压组其分泌高峰也在 2~ 4分钟 ,但其峰值升高倍数却明显低于正常对照 (P <0 0 5 )。提示门脉高压患者胰岛早期分泌储备能力明显下降
In order to observe the effect of cirrhotic portal hypertension on the early secretion of pancreatic islet cells and understand the extent of the damage. In patients with cirrhosis and portal hypertension, Child-pugh liver function was grade B 20 cases. Experimental methods for the rapid intravenous injection of L-arginine injection 20ml venous blood samples were collected before injection, 2,4,6 minutes after injection, radioimmunoassay determination of insulin, C-peptide and glucagon levels. The results showed that the peak of secretion of insulin, C-peptide and glucagon in normal people after arginine excitations were both 2-4 minutes, and the peak of secretion was also 2-4 minutes in portal hypertension group, Lower than the normal control (P <0 05).
