目的 :探讨运动及其恢复期呼吸方式改变与氨茶碱的影响。方法 :正常男性 2 2例 ,分别于静脉注射氨茶碱前后作极量运动试验 ,运动及其恢复期呼吸参数用能量代谢仪连续测定。以运动及其恢复期VT作为横座标与 ·VE作为纵座标作图 ,比较运动及其恢复期呼吸方式的改变。结果 :运动及其恢复期呼吸方式基本相同 ,有 4例 (4/ 2 2 )△VT轻度增加 ,达到 2 %以上 ;氨茶碱注射后△VT明显下降 ,有 5例△VT <- 2 %。△VT与 ·VEmax、·VO2 max、·VO2 max/预计 ·VO2 max、HRmax、SaO2 min、VTmax、EqO2 max、EqCO2 max等无明显的相关性。在 ·VO2 max/预计 ·VO2 max >0 .92与 <0 .92之间 ,△VT无明显的差异。结论 :运动及其恢复期呼吸方式基本相同 ,常规剂量氨茶碱能改善运动和恢复期呼吸方式。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of aminophylline on the change of breathing patterns during exercise and during convalescence. Methods: A total of 22 normal male subjects were tested for maximal exercise before and after intravenous injection of aminophylline. Respiratory parameters during exercise and during convalescence were measured continuously by energy metabolizer. Take exercise and convalescent VT as the abscissa and · VE as the ordinate and plot the exercise and its recovery during respiration. Results: The respiration pattern during exercise and during convalescence were basically the same, 4 cases (4/2 2) △ VT increased slightly, reaching above 2%; △ VT decreased obviously after injection of aminophylline, 5 cases had △ VT <- 2 %. △ VT and · VEmax, · VO2 max, · VO2 max / predicted · VO2 max, HRmax, SaO2 min, VTmax, EqO2 max, EqCO2 max and so no obvious correlation. There was no significant difference in Δ VT between · VO2 max / expected · VO2 max> 0.92 and <0.92. Conclusion: Breathing patterns during exercise and during convalescence are basically the same. The conventional dose of aminophylline can improve the exercise and convalescent respiration patterns.
