目的 :研究川崎病 ( KD)与血小板的膜糖蛋白及代谢产物的相关性。方法 :选择30例 KD患儿作为病例组 ,选择 30例健康儿作为对照组 ;应用酶联免疫法对血小板膜糖蛋白进行分析 ,通过免疫胶体金技术观察血小板膜的超微结构 ,并检测血小板代谢产物 TXA2及 PGI2 。结果 :KD患儿血小板膜糖蛋白量明显高于对照组 ,差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 5 )。且电镜结果显示病例组血小板膜结构与对照组明显不同 (即糖蛋白量多 ) ;血小板代谢产物TXA2 及 PGI2 病例组也明显高于对照组 ,且差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;结论 :KD患儿血小板的膜糖蛋白及代谢产物在 KD的发病中 ,尤其是冠状动脉损害方面起一定作用。
Objective: To study the association between Kawasaki disease (KD) and platelet glycoproteins and metabolites. Methods Thirty children with KD were selected as the case group and 30 healthy children were selected as the control group. The platelet membrane glycoprotein was analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, the ultrastructure of platelet membrane was observed by immuno-colloidal gold technique, Metabolites TXA2 and PGI2. Results: The platelet membrane glycoprotein in children with KD was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Electron microscopy showed that the platelet membrane structure was significantly different from that of the control group (ie, the amount of glycoprotein). The platelet metabolites TXA2 and PGI2 were also significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05) ; Conclusion: Platelet glycoproteins and their metabolites in children with KD play a role in the pathogenesis of KD, especially in coronary artery lesions.
