加拿大蒙特利尔市的 McGill 大学化学工程系研究了在1625～2855和1520～2440K 的迁移电弧氩等离子体中于单稳态球形反应器内碳热还原Nb_2O_5和高温氯气,主要反应产物是 NbC 和CO。反应速率与反应物粒度无关,但受氧化物和碳颗粒间接触的影响。还原反应的动力学方程为-Ln(1-x)=kT,其中 x 是变量,k 为总反应速率常数。
The Department of Chemical Engineering, University of Montreal, Montreal, Canada, studied the carbothermal reduction of Nb 2 O 5 and high-temperature chlorine in a monostable spherical reactor at 1625 to 2855 and 1520 to 2440 K in a migrating arc argon plasma. The main reaction products were NbC and CO. The reaction rate is independent of the reactant particle size, but is influenced by the contact between the oxide and the carbon particles. The kinetic equation for the reduction reaction is -Ln (1-x) = kT, where x is the variable and k is the total reaction rate constant.
