5月中旬的北京虽然暑气未到,但春天的气息已残留不多了。应日本电石工业公司的邀请,以交通部总工程师杨盛福为团长的交通部访日代表团一行六人12日登上东去的飞机,飞往一衣带水的友好邻邦日本。当日下午,我们飞抵东京的成田机场,走出机场驶入高速公路,顿时感受到异国的情调。虽然东京与北京纬度相差不大,但比起北京的天气,还是觉得有些凉意。听来机场接机的日本朋友说,今年东京的气候与往年不太一样,气温大约要低10度左右。但对于我们这些“老外”来说,这异常的气候倒是很舒服。可能是出于职业的习惯,我们都非常注意沿途公路上的交通工程设施。成田机场高速公路看上去并不比北京首都机场高速公路漂亮,车道比较窄,但看得出路上的设施还算齐全。一路上给我们
