1984年我段在运用机车中有21台东风型机车。年终统计,因“机油稀释”而造成非正常换油的损失价值达19094.40元。为了改善机车技术状态,确保行车安全和提高经济效益,从1985年年初开始,我们开展了解决“机油稀释”问题的技术攻关工作。在技术室和检修车间的共同配合下,经过近半年的努力,解决了“机油稀释”的问题。1985年年终统计,全年换油总计为17台次(1985年运用23台机车),其中非正常换油(均属机油稀释)为6台次,损失8160元。6台次均发生在上半年,下半年没有发生因机油稀释而换油的情况,其经济效果显著。
In 1984, I used 21 locomotives in locomotives. Year-end statistics, due to “oil dilution” caused the loss of abnormal oil exchange value of 19094.40 yuan. In order to improve the technical condition of locomotives, ensure driving safety and increase economic benefits, we started the technical tackling of the problem of “oil thinning” from the beginning of 1985. Under the joint cooperation of the technical room and the maintenance workshop, after nearly six months of hard work, the problem of “oil thinning” has been solved. Statistics at the year-end of 1985 showed that the annual oil change totaled 17 units (23 locomotives were used in 1985), of which 6 were substandard oil changes (all oil dilution), with a loss of 8,160 yuan. 6 sets were occurred in the first half, the second half did not occur due to oil dilution and oil changes, its economic effect is significant.
