目的了解并掌握乌鲁木齐市天山区医疗机构消毒质量现状,便于有针对性地对消毒进行管理。方法按照《医院消毒卫生标准》GB 15982-2012、《消毒与灭菌效果的评价方法与标准》GB 15981-1995及《医疗机构消毒技术规范》WS/T 367-2012,2013年对178家医疗机构消毒质量进行监测。结果 178家医疗机构共检测1 610份样品,合格1 139份,合格率70.7%;其中消毒剂的菌落总数和致病菌合格率100.0%,中度危险性医疗器材和低度危险性医疗器材致病菌合格率100.0%,中度危险性医疗器材菌落总数合格率为零。结论乌鲁木齐市天山区医疗机构消毒效果存在隐患,尤其压力蒸汽灭菌效果、中度危险医疗器械菌落总数、紫外线灯辐照强度等项目问题较突出,应引起卫生监督部门和医疗机构的重视,加大监管力度,保证居民就医安全。
Objective To understand and grasp the current situation of disinfection quality of medical institutions in Tianshan District, Urumqi, so as to facilitate the targeted disinfection management. Methods According to “Hospital Disinfection Health Standard” GB 15982-2012, “Methods and Criteria for Disinfection and Sterilization Effectiveness” GB 15981-1995 and “Sterilization Technical Specification for Medical Institutions” WS / T 367-2012, Institutional disinfection quality monitoring. Results A total of 1 610 samples were tested in 178 medical institutions and 1 139 were qualified, with a pass rate of 70.7%. Conclusion The disinfection effect of medical institutions in Tianshan District of Urumqi is hidden, especially the effects of pressure steam sterilization, the total number of colonies with moderately dangerous medical devices and the irradiation intensity of ultraviolet lamps are prominent, which should be paid more attention to by health supervision departments and medical institutions.
