由云南省建筑科学研究所研制的气垫膜养护法属于直接覆盖式太阳能养护,它是单层黑色塑料膜养护法的改进。只用单层黑膜养护,遇到气候条件变化,如下雨、夜间降温等,构件温度会产生较大波动。如果在黑膜上再覆盖一层气垫膜,便可以维持一个较高又较稳定的养护温度。气垫膜是一种新型透明防震包装材料,它在排列规则的小长珠内固定着空气,具有一定机械强度、透光率较高,热工性能好,导热系数较低(与矿棉相近)。用气垫膜养护比单层黑色薄膜养护不论白天、夜间,构件温度都相对较高(一般在10℃上下),且能提前1~2天达到设计强度
