1病例资料某男,48岁,全身红斑鳞屑瘙痒6个月,加重1个月,于2011年9月28日住院治疗。患者于2011年3月出现全身散在的红斑鳞屑、瘙痒,伴发热,就诊于当地医院。行皮肤活检病理检查提示银屑病,对症治疗(具体不详)后症状无明显改善,仍有间断发热。1个月前症状加重。于广州中医药大学第一附属医院就诊时患者皮损严重,瘙痒难忍,饮食、睡眠稍差,
