中外风电企业作为全球风能行业发展的载体,在供应链管理上水平差异较大。中国的风电企业虽然市场容量大,但发展粗放,行业整体水平比较低。本文在供应链管理的两个层面对中外风电企业进行供应链水平的对比,并结合风电巨头维斯塔斯的操作实例进行剖析。在此基础上得出中国的风电企业如何提高供应链管理的水平,从而进一步建立行业的价值链。
As the carrier of the global wind energy industry, both Chinese and foreign wind power companies have different levels of supply chain management. Although the market capacity of wind power enterprises in China is large, the development is extensive and the overall industry level is relatively low. This paper compares the supply chain level of Chinese and foreign wind power enterprises at two levels of supply chain management, and analyzes the operation examples of wind power giant Vestas. Based on this, it is concluded how Chinese wind power enterprises can improve the level of supply chain management so as to further establish the value chain in the industry.
