酚藏花红与氯金酸反应能形成稳定的红色离子缔合物,在550nm 处有最大吸收;表观摩尔吸光系数为5.2×10~4,桑德尔灵敏度为3.8×10~(-3)微克/厘米~2。该缔合物易被苯加丁酮所萃取,10毫升苯加丁酮中含0—15微克金服从比尔定律。比色测定金的最适宜条件酸度为0.5N 盐酸,氯化钠浓度为0.01N,水相酚藏花红浓度为0.005%。缔合物的苯加丁酮萃取液的颜色在室温下可稳定3小时。18个实验结果的平均吸光度值为0.523,标准偏差为6×10~(-3),变异系数为1.14%。本法成功地应用于矿物分析中。
Phenosafranine reacted with chloroauric acid to form a stable red ion association complex with maximum absorption at 550 nm. The apparent molar absorptivity was 5.2 × 10 -4, and the sensitivity of Sander was 3.8 × 10 -3 micrograms / Cm ~ 2. The association is easily extracted by phenylbutanone, and 10-15 mg of gold in 10 mg of benzene butanone obeys Beer’s law. The most suitable conditions for the colorimetric determination of gold acidity 0.5N hydrochloric acid, sodium chloride concentration of 0.01N, the aqueous phenol concentration of 0.005%. The color of the phenanthroline extract of the complex is stable for 3 hours at room temperature. The average absorbance value of 18 experimental results was 0.523, the standard deviation was 6 × 10 -3, and the coefficient of variation was 1.14%. This law has been successfully applied to mineral analysis.
