为研究当归多糖ASP3抗辐射功能的构效关系,以ASP3及其部分酸水解、脱酯和羧基还原产物为试验样品,通过小鼠灌胃,初步探讨ASP3的中性糖支链、酯化度及半乳糖醛酸基团对当归多糖抗辐射功能的影响。结果表明:当归多糖的抗辐射功能主要通过“毛发区”的中性糖支链来表达,并通过“光滑区”半乳糖醛酸聚糖主链进行调节;不同的酯化度会使多糖糖链形成不同的空间构象,进而影响其抗辐射功能。
In order to study the structure-activity relationship of the anti-radiation function of Angelica polysaccharide ASP3, ASP3 and some of its acid hydrolysis, deesterification and carboxyl reduction products were used as experimental samples to investigate the neutral sugar branching and esterification degree of ASP3. And galacturonic acid groups on the radiation resistance of Angelica polysaccharides. The results showed that the anti-radiation function of angelica polysaccharide was mainly expressed in the neutral sugar branch of “hair area”, and was controlled by “smooth zone” galacturonic acid glycan main chain; different degree of esterification. The polysaccharide sugar chain will form a different spatial conformation, and thus affect its anti-radiation function.
