我们黑山头镇位于梅河口市近郊,有7个行政村,全镇共有2938户,总人口13126人。由于地理位置优越,交通方便,为发展农村经济提供了良好条件,同时也由于流动人口多,外出经商打工者多,专业户较多,使我镇社会治安较为复杂,一定程度上制约着经济的发展。为此,我们在组织广大干部群众学习有关法律、法规的同时,强调学法用法,在全镇卓有成效地开展了依法治理活动,促进了我镇两个文明建设的发展。形成共识,齐抓共管我们党委、政府一班人认为,要使全镇社会稳定,政治民主,经济发展,首要问题是在组织广大干部群众学好相关法律、法规的同时,广泛深入地开展依法治理活动,将农村各项事务均纳入法制化 We, Heishantou Town is located in the outskirts of Meihekou City, with 7 administrative villages.
