本文利用坐标变换和密度矩阵等方法,导出了电子有效质量随位置变化的量子阱中光学整流系数的解析表达式. 数值结果表明,较大的光学整流系数与系统的非对称性和光子能量有关.
In this paper, the analytical expression of the optical rectification coefficient in the quantum well with the change of the electron effective mass with position is derived by means of coordinate transformation and density matrix. The numerical results show that the larger optical commutation coefficient is related to the system asymmetry and photon energy.
