螺旋藻含有许多对人体有益的元素,其中有些是微量元素。其蛋白质含量高达64.6%,且含大量人体必需氨基酸。螺旋藻经80℃热水提取,Sevag法去蛋白,透析,95%乙醇沉淀,脱水干燥,得灰白色粉多糖.经SephadexG100柱层析,真空干燥得白色粉末状多糖精品,蒽酮法测得其多糖含量为77.63%,其多糖精品能够非常明显地促进小鼠脾细胞对丝裂原ConA的增殖反应,提高小鼠机体免疫功能。实验结果表明:螺旋藻多糖能明显提高受5Gyγ-照射小鼠的脾重量、脾淋巴细胞数和脾淋巴细胞转化功能。
Spirulina contains many beneficial elements for the human body, some of which are trace elements. Its protein content is as high as 64.6%, and contains a large number of essential amino acids. Spirulina by hot water extraction at 80 °C, Sevag method to protein, dialysis, 95% ethanol precipitation, dehydration and drying, resulting in gray powder polysaccharide. After Sephadex G100 column chromatography, the white powder polysaccharides were obtained by vacuum drying. The polysaccharide content was 77.63% as determined by the indone ketone method. The polysaccharide quality of the polysaccharides could promote the proliferative response of mouse splenocytes to mitogen ConA. Improve immune function in mice. The experimental results show that: Spirulina polysaccharide can significantly increase the spleen weight, spleen lymphocyte count and spleen lymphocyte transformation function in 5Gyγ-irradiated mice.
