黑龙江省地方史志办公室退休干部梁滨久,曾任《黑龙江省志》副总编、《黑龙江史志》刊物主编等职。30多年来,在省级以上刊物发表论文、文章600多篇,在他建的博客上发表论文、文章700多篇。出版《方志学新论集》、《梁滨久方志文集》上下册。他长期坚持学习、工作、研究三者相结合,由一般方志工作者成长为全国知名专家。任中国地方志学术委员、《方志百科全书》编委会委员兼专家组成员、《汶川大地震救灾志》评审、《中国地方志》编辑部出版30年优秀论文集评审、方志出版社精品工程专家评审。他创造性地研究新方志学理论,解决了我国新方志学理论的核心问题和基石问题,解决了方志界没有解决的诸多重大问题。填补我国方志学的空白。他研究的多项成果为推动新方志事业的发展将起到不可估量的作用!
Long Bin, a retired cadre of the local historical office in Heilongjiang Province, served as deputy editor in charge of Heilongjiang Province and chief editor of Heilongjiang History.
