2012年10月以来,煤炭市场一直处于“寒冬”时期。为了应对持续不景气的煤炭市场,河南煤业化工集团鹤煤公司在经营管理机制方面进行多项创新优化策略,如:创新矿厂间原煤百大卡收购制,优化产品结构调整机制,修订销售考核机制,创新全方位业绩考核机制等,并对这些策略实施的效果进行了介绍。
