目的:探讨中药沉香的鉴别方法。方法:采用紫外光谱鉴别法与薄层色谱鉴别法进行实验,分析实验数据,进行鉴别。结果:在200~300nm之间对吸收光度进行测量,正品的中药沉香其紫外光吸收图谱显示最大吸收峰值在(223±236)nm。结论:采用紫外光谱鉴别法与薄层色谱鉴别法对中药沉香的品种进行鉴别,效果良好,且操作步骤简单,应用性强,值得推广应用。
Objective: To explore the method of identification of Chinese medicinal herbs. Methods: UV spectrophotometric identification method and thin layer chromatography identification method for experiments, analysis of experimental data for identification. Results: Absorbance was measured between 200 and 300 nm. The authentic absorption spectrum of Radix Aconiti Lateralis showed that the maximum absorption peak was (223 ± 236) nm. Conclusion: The method of identification by UV spectrum and TLC is used to identify the varieties of Chinese medicinal herbs. The results are good, and the operation steps are simple and applicable. It is worth popularizing and applying.
