原子吸收光谱分析是近年来迅速发展起来的仪器分析技术。在农业分析中也日益发挥出其灵敏度高、干扰少、设备比较简单、分析速度快又易于掌握的优越性,在测定土壤、农作物、灌溉用水中营养元素及有害元素时,提高了分析精度和速度,扩大了分析范围。本文对原子吸收法近年来在国内外农业上的应用及发展情况作一概述。中还引用了少数能补充原子吸收法不足的火焰光度及原子荧光测定法。原子吸收法的原理和分析技术概况已有专文论述,请参阅有关文章。
Atomic absorption spectroscopy is a rapidly developing instrument analysis technique in recent years. In the analysis of agriculture, it has also been playing its advantages of high sensitivity, less interference, simpler equipment, quick analysis and easy control.
