近几年来,自创品牌在华人企业中受到前所未有的重视,有几点原因:首先,我们工业起步较晚,因此上下一致,以工资低廉优势发展 OEM 代工赚取外汇。OEM 比较容易经营,有意者蜂拥而至,竞争激烈。坚守代工生产的企业无利可图,拥有品牌的企业利润不降反升,掌握市场经营主权。于是自创品牌在企业成长规模和永续经营的安危考量下,变成非走不可的路。但是从 OEM 代工经营转型成自创品牌,失败的案例可能比成功多。
In recent years, self-owned brands have received unprecedented attention among Chinese enterprises for several reasons. First, we started our industry late, so we can work together to develop OEM OEMs with low wages and earn foreign exchange. OEM is relatively easy to operate, interested parties flocked to, highly competitive. Entrepreneurship to adhere to the unprofitable business, with the brand of corporate profits rise or fall, to grasp the market management sovereignty. So own brand in the scale of business growth and sustainable management of the safety considerations, into a non-essential road. However, the transformation from OEM foundry to own brand, the failure of the case may be more successful.
