为了解苏南农村地区中老年人群肥胖的患病率以及影响因素，按分层整群抽样原则，抽取常熟市５个行政村，计７５５８人进行调查。结果显示３５岁以上居民的超重和肥胖率分别为１３．０％和８．７％，肥胖和超重总患病率为２１．７％。肥胖和超重率以４０～４９岁年龄组最高，女性显著高于男性。研究同时显示高血压患病率随体重指数的升高而显著增高。本研究提供了苏南农村地区３５岁以上人群肥胖流行的基线资料，并提示肥胖的人群防治对高血压等慢性疾病的控制具有一定意义。
In order to understand the prevalence and influencing factors of obesity among middle-aged and old people in rural areas in southern Jiangsu, according to the principle of stratified cluster sampling, five administrative villages in Changshu City were selected, and 7,558 people were investigated. The results showed that the overweight and obesity rates of residents over the age of 35 were 13.0% and 8.7% respectively, and the total prevalence of obesity and overweight was 21.7%. Obesity and overweight rates were highest in the 40-49 age group, and women were significantly higher than men. The study also showed a significant increase in the prevalence of hypertension with an increase in body mass index. This study provided baseline data on the prevalence of obesity in populations over 35 years old in rural areas of southern Jiangsu, and suggested that prevention and control of obese individuals have certain significance for the control of chronic diseases such as hypertension.
