通过建立线材连轧流量方程 ,推导出拉钢系数与轧件拉缩宽度的关系式 ,并借此分析高速线材头尾超差问题。结果证明 :理论计算的轧件头尾宽度与实轧测量值相符
By establishing the flow equation of wire rod rolling, the relationship between the pulling steel coefficient and the rolling width of the rolling material is deduced, and then the head-tail over-tolerance problem of high-speed wire rod is analyzed. The results show that the head-to-tail width of theoretical calculation is consistent with the actual rolling measurement
