姚晓红,山西省绛县人民法院原副院长。他在任期间,由他领导和组织一些干警吊打的当事人达几千人,被他非法拘禁的当事人达300多人。由于其无法无天,作恶多端,经中央领导批示,于1999年1月被山西省运城地区人民检察院立案侦查,1999年8月18日被运城地区中级人民法院一审判处无期徒刑。姚晓红不服,上诉至山西省高级人民法院,江西省高院裁定发回重审。2000年1月
Yao Xiaohong, former vice president of Shanxi County People’s Court. During his tenure, he led and organized some police officers who beat up to several thousand people and illegally detained more than 300 people. Due to its lawlessness and evil deeds, as approved by the Central Government, it was investigated and prosecuted by the People’s Procuratorate of Yuncheng District of Shanxi Province in January 1999 and was sentenced to life imprisonment by the Intermediate People’s Court of Yuncheng District on August 18, 1999.
