当今坚硬顶板控制技术不断发展,已成为煤矿采场矿压研究的重要内容之一。在我国有30%煤矿的煤层上都有着坚硬顶板支承。以淮北矿业公司朱仙庄煤矿Ⅱ865采区8#煤层开采为工程背景,采用相似模拟和数值计算软件FLAC3D对厚煤层坚硬顶板综放开采在回采阶段围岩的受力、变形与破坏进行研究,同时,结合理论分析计算老顶的初次来压和周期来压,并在此基础上提出此类巷道的围岩稳定控制对策。
The current hard roof control technology continues to develop and has become one of the important contents of the research on coal mine pressure in coal stope. In China, 30% of coal mines have a hard roof support. Taking the mining of 8 # coal seam in Ⅱ 865 mining area of Zhu Xianzhuang Coal Mine, Huaibei Mining Company as the engineering background, the similar simulation and numerical calculation software FLAC3D was used to study the stress, deformation and failure of surrounding rock in the hard roof fully mechanized top coal caving mining in thick coal seam. Combined with the theoretical analysis, the initial pressure and periodic pressure of the old roof are calculated, and based on this, the stability control measures of the surrounding rock of such roadway are proposed.
