文献上所介绍的保存肠虫卵的方法,是不适用于保存短小绦虫卵的,因为这种标本是极易被破坏的。例如,在3%盐酸溶液中保存短小绦虫卵,只要经十天标本就被破坏了。我们建议用双倍体积的保存液(成分为纯福尔马林5毫升,甘油5毫升和蒸馏水100毫升)将含有短小绦虫卵的粪便保存起来。在室温条件下,将标本置于盛有上述保存液的试管中,以软木塞密闭即可。必要时,可从保存液中取出标本抹片。在处理含有短小绦虫卵的粪便时,我们不主张用通常处理含有其他肠虫卵的粪便那样先用水混合,然后再用筛子过滤的方法。用上述混合液保存短小绦虫卵的方法,我们已观察了一年,虫卵仍保持原来的形状、大小、色泽、卵膜及钩子。我们所介绍的保存短小绦虫卵的方法非常简单,故特介绍为教学和实习之
The method of preserving enterocolitics introduced in the literature is not suitable for preserving short tapeworm eggs because such specimens are highly susceptible to damage. For example, preservation of short tapeworm eggs in a 3% hydrochloric acid solution was ruined as long as ten days passed. We recommend keeping the stool containing the Taenia solium eggs in double the volume of stock solution (5 ml pure formalin, 5 ml glycerol and 100 ml distilled water). At room temperature, the specimen is placed in a test tube containing the above preservative solution and sealed with a cork. When necessary, the sample smear can be removed from the preservation solution. When dealing with faeces containing short tapeworm eggs, we do not advocate a method of mixing with water and then filtering through a sieve, as is commonly done with manure containing other enteric eggs. We have observed that for one year, the eggs still retain their original shape, size, color, egg membrane and hooks.
