中小民营企业融资供求存在着巨大的资金缺口。当前,我国中小民营企业正处于规模扩张、产业结构调整阶段,仅靠初创时期的内源融资是无法满足其需要的,必须积极拓展外源融资渠道,依靠直接融资来解决。本文对中小民营企业的融资需求、融资困境与成因等进行较深入的探讨,试图对构建适合我国中小民营企业的直接融资体系形成一个较具体的理论框架,积极创造条件培育多元化的资本市场体系,以继续推进发展直接融资渠道。建立多元化的、专门为中小民营企业融资服务中小资本市场体系。
