对小学数学骨干教师进行集中培训是小学数学教师职后继续教育的重要途径之一,基于终身教育的理念研究小学数学骨干教师的培养策略对于完善小学数学骨干教师的培养工作具有非常重要的意义。本文从数学学科知识与教育理论知识并重、注重综合培养不断完善教师专业素质结构、注重现代教育思想的相关内容的教学促进学员观念的转变、注重培养学员的创新能力与实践能力等方面论述了小学数学骨干教师的培养策略。
