本文研究了Cd(Ⅱ)在三正辛胺- 煤油支撑液膜体系中影响Cd(Ⅱ)迁移的各种因素,并测定了有关条件下Cd(Ⅱ)跨越膜的渗透系数P。结果表明,膜相载体三正辛胺浓度适度增加,Cd(Ⅱ)迁移的渗透系数P增加。三正辛胺浓度增至0.8m ol/L时,P值下降。搅拌转速、料液中H+ 浓度和Cd(Ⅱ)浓度、温度均影响Cd(Ⅱ)的迁移。反萃剂醋酸铵比氢氧化钠好,煤油比四氧化碳更适宜作膜溶剂。三正辛胺- 煤油支撑液膜体系能快速地迁移Cd(Ⅱ)。
In this paper, various factors affecting the migration of Cd (Ⅱ) in Cd (Ⅱ) -supported triflumine-kerosene supported liquid membrane system were studied, and the permeability coefficient P of Cd (Ⅱ) across the membrane was measured. The results showed that the concentration of tri-n-octylamine increased moderately and the permeability coefficient P of Cd (Ⅱ) increased. Tri-n-octylamine concentration increased to 0.8m ol / L, P value decreased. Stirring speed, H + concentration in feed solution and Cd (Ⅱ) concentration and temperature all affected the migration of Cd (Ⅱ). Stripping agent ammonium acetate is better than sodium hydroxide, kerosene is more suitable than carbon tetrachloride film solvent. Tri-n-octylamine-kerosene supported liquid membrane system can rapidly transfer Cd (Ⅱ).
