山东张店钢铁厂四座100米~3高炉,为了适应提高产量、增加料批的需要,十年来陆续将单料车改为双料车上料,使用情况良好。由于炉顶空间位置狭小,在不影响炉顶金属结构和煤气管道的情况下,将原斜桥的结构尺寸适当加大。又由于炉顶布料器及其受料斗的限制,使双料车不能分别在两个平行的位置卸料,因此,在斜桥上铺设了交叉轨道,以使双料车能处于接近单料车时的同一个卸料位置。斜桥轨道的铺设(图1),是从下部双料车装料位置的平行轨道开始,到料车全行程长度的约1/3处进入弯道,在约2/3处形成内侧两条钢轨的交叉固定道岔,然后,通过反向弯道,直至进入卸料曲轨段之前,形成两侧各两条钢轨相邻的平行轨
