根据中华人民共和国矿产资源法、全民所有制矿山企业采矿登记管理暂行办法和四川省的实施规定,绵竹、什邡(金河磷矿地跨绵、什二县)两县人民政府分别对金河磷矿开采的马槽滩、岳家山、英雄岩三个矿区进行了审查,经协商取得一致意见,明确划定了开采范围和矿区范围。由金河磷矿申报,经审查批准,地矿部委托四川省地矿局颁发三个矿区的采矿许可证。该矿主管部门德阳市化工局分别与两县政府代表签署了矿区范围意见书。
According to the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Mineral Resources, the Provisional Measures for Mining Registration and Management of Mining Enterprises Owned by the Whole People and the Implementation Rules of Sichuan Province, the people’s governments of Mianzhu and Shifang counties (Jinhe Phosphorus Mine) Mining Mactang Beach, Yue Kaishan, hero rock three mining areas were reviewed, agreed upon after consultation, clearly defined the scope of mining and mining area. As reported by the Jinhe Phosphate Mine, upon examination and approval, the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources entrusted the Sichuan Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources to issue the mining licenses for the three mines.
