侧耳属食用菌、黄背木耳和金针菇培养中添加适量石灰,能促进食用菌菌丝生长,严重抑制栽培料中毛霉(Mucor sP.)、绿霉菌(Trichoderma Viride)、青霉菌(penicillium sP.)的生长,从而增加其培养料的选择性。在香菇、猴头菌培养料中添加石灰,虽然抑制了杂菌生长,但也抑制了香菇、猴头菌菌丝的生长。侧耳属食用菌、黄背木耳和金针菇培养料的选择性是随石灰添加量而变化的。平菇、凤尾菇培养料中添加2—6%石灰,可明显地促进其菌丝生长。在石灰量2—4%范围内,16个侧耳属食用菌子实体产量有所提高。黄背木耳培养料中添加2—4%石灰,可明显促进菌丝生长,超过4%则抑制生长。金针菇培养料中添加2%石灰,对其菌丝生长没有影响,超过2%石灰则减慢菌丝生长速度。
