2004年很快就要结束,书业各家出版单位,今年的业绩何如已成不可改变的定局。2005年即将来临,如何规划明年的出版蓝图,无疑是书人眼前头等重要的大事。 最近几年,中国图书行业市场化进程迅猛提高,出版单位的经济效益越来越成为衡量一个出版单位业绩好坏的重要准绳。无可否认,出版单位产生优秀经济效益的基础是做大出版规模。但是,做大出版规模的概念不同于中小规模出版的操作,制定合理的科学的出版计划是做成规模化出版的前提。

In recent years, the market-oriented process of China’s book industry has been rapidly increasing. The economic benefits of publishing units have increasingly become an important yardstick for measuring the performance of a publishing unit. Admittedly, the basis for producing excellent economic results for publishing units is to enlarge the publishing scale. However, the concept of expanding the publishing scale is different from the operation of the medium and small-scale publishing and the formulation of a reasonable and scientific publishing plan is a prerequisite for making a large-scale publication.
