枸椽酸钾溶液是临床常用的利尿和补钾药物.常规测定其含量所用方法比较复杂,由于本品具有一定的折光性,采用折光测定法测其含量.实验证明它的浓度与折光率呈直线相关(如图1),经离子交换法试验对照,认为本法简便、易行、可靠、现将方法介绍如下:一、仪器和试剂CARLZEIS_2 JENA1型阿贝氏折射仪(西德)药用枸椽酸钾(北京化工厂,批号831112)二、方法和步骤(一)F值的求得(F值为溶液浓度每增加1%其折光率的增加数)1.精密配制8.5~12.0%浓度的8种枸椽酸钾溶液.
