在体外培养条件下应用3种丝裂原分别激活各淋巴细胞亚群,用放射性同位素掺入实验测定其转化能力。实验表明,肾病患儿活动期PHA 激活的T 淋巴细胞~3H—TdR 掺入降低,病情缓解后掺入接近正常,反映了肾病的发病与细胞免疫力下降有关。LPS 细胞和Con A 细胞的转化能力增强,说明肾病时B 淋巴细胞系统的功能激活。
Three kinds of mitogen were used to activate each lymphocyte subpopulation under in vitro culture conditions, and their transformation ability was determined by radioisotope incorporation assay. Experiments show that the activation of PHA activated T lymphocytes in patients with nephrotic ~ 3H-TdR incorporation decreased, the disease remitted to close to normal, reflecting the incidence of renal disease and decreased cellular immunity. The ability of LPS cells and Con A cells to transform is increased, indicating the functional activation of the B lymphocyte system during nephropathy.
