随着我国经济体制改革的深入发展,企业的产品销售已从原来的封闭式、少渠道、多环节的流通体制改变为开放式、多渠道、少环节的产品流通市场。我厂是集体企业,拥有自销权,而服装市场没有饱和期,如果闭门自守、盲目销售,就会钳制生产发展,造成经济滑坡。1982年,我厂为上海服装批发部加工的“青松”牌衬衫因占领不了市场而大量积压,资金无法周转,全年的销售收入比上年减少45.9%,税金减
