目的探讨中医护理用于老年急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果.方法随机选择2017年1月至2019年1月我院收治的98例老年急性缺血性脑卒中患者临床资料进行分析,分为常规组与护理组,每组49例,常规组给予常规护理,护理组给予中医护理,比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、护理满意度及生活质量评分.结果护理前,两组患者神经功能缺损评分差异对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,护理组显著优于常规组,数据差异对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理组护理满意度(97.96%)显著高于常规组(81.63%)
