[目的]探讨氟吡甲禾灵对白茅[Imperata cylindrica(L.)Beauv.]生理的影响。[方法]用不同质量分数(0.4‰、0.8‰、1.2‰、1.6‰、2.0‰)的氟吡甲禾灵溶液处理白茅,通过测定其叶片中保护酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)及解毒酶谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)活性、H_2O_2和丙二醛(MDA)含量、细胞膜透性及根系活力。[结果]随着氟吡甲禾灵质量分数的提高,白茅叶片中SOD、CAT和GST活性及根系活力总体呈下降趋势,POD活性及H2O2和MDA含量和细胞膜透性增加。[结论]氟吡甲禾灵用于杂草白茅的防除有较好的效果。
[Objective] To investigate the effects of triptolide on the physiology of Imperata cylindrica (L.) Beauv. [Method] Pterocarya grass was treated with different volumes of fluticasone hydrochloride (0.4 ‰, 0.8 ‰, 1.2 ‰, 1.6 ‰, 2.0 ‰), and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) (CAT), peroxidase (POD) and detoxifying enzyme glutathione S-transferase (GST) activity, H 2 O 2 and malondialdehyde (MDA) content, cell membrane permeability and root activity. [Result] With the increase of the content of triptolide, the activity of SOD, CAT and GST and the activity of root in the leaves of Pseudostellaria lobata decreased. The activities of POD and the content of H2O2 and MDA and the permeability of cell membrane increased. [Conclusion] Fluopyram was better for controlling weeds weeds.
