椰子织蛾是危害棕榈科植物的主要害虫之一,2013年入侵中国海南省。为了解椰子织蛾的飞行能力和飞行节律,运用联机飞行磨测定椰子织蛾成虫的飞行能力,结果表明:椰子织蛾单日龄的最大平均飞行距离12 817.47 m(个体单日龄的最大飞行距离为15 338.40 m);椰子织蛾雌、雄虫间的飞行距离差异显著,雄成虫随着日龄增加其飞行能力逐渐增强,雌成虫则随日龄增加飞行能力减弱;总体上,雌、雄椰子织蛾成虫在12:00~24:00时段较活跃,在0:00~12:00不活跃。本研究结果可为椰子织蛾的预警监测与防控提供参考依据。
Coconut moths are one of the major pests that endanger palmaceae and invaded China’s Hainan Province in 2013. In order to understand the flight ability and flight rhythm of Caterpillar moth, the on-line flying mill was used to test the flight ability of Caterpillar moth. The results showed that the maximum average flight distance of Coconut moth was 12 817.47 m (maximum single-day age The distance between them was 15 338.40 m). The flight distance between male and female was significantly different. The male flight ability increased with the increasing of age, and the female flight ability decreased with the increase of age. In general, Adult male Caterpillar moth adults more active in the 12: 00 ~ 24: 00 period, inactivity from 0:00 to 12:00. The results of this study can provide reference for early warning monitoring and control of Caterpillar moth.
