我厂在加工195型柴油机连杆盖K面时,过去采用高速钢端面立铣刀(直径φ26)进行铣削。由于工件(45~#钢)经过调质处理,硬度较高,因此加工效率低,光洁度差,刃口磨损快,经常需要对铣刀进行刃磨和调整进刀刻度。针对这一情况,我们设计了一把机械夹固式端面立铣刀(结构见图),现简介如下。刀具特点 1.直径在φ40以下的端面立铣刀,一般采用焊接式的,而焊接需在1000℃左右的高温下进行,相当于对刀进行了二次烧结,使刀具耐用度下降。采用机械夹固式铣刀就避免了这一缺陷。 2.由于铣刀直径较小,不宜采用普通的夹固方法,
