安徽省科技成果档案馆是1988年成立的。建馆伊始,我们围绕如何建成全省长久保管和开发利用科研档案的信息中心这一重要课题,开展了一系列的研究工作。根据“档案是一种信息”的观点,我们将档案工作纳入社会信息管理系统之中,用信息论的方法管理档案,按照信息→输入→存贮→处理→输出→信息的流程 ↑——反馈信息——↓路线,重点抓好档案管理工作中的“收、管、用”三个中心环节,取得了较好的效果。 一、拓宽收集范围,丰富档案信息库 从信息与物质载体不可分割的特性来讲,没有物质载体就不会有信息,档案是信息的载体。不论档案室、还是各级各类档案馆(不含专业档案馆),档案信息库的接收对象必须包括文书、科技、会计等多门类以及照相、录音、录像、磁盘等多载体、多形式的档案,实行档案信息的综合管理,形成具有较强的吸引力和综合服务能力的开放型的信息中心和独立的实体。
