目的 :探索闪光视觉诱发电位对大鼠视功能状态客观反映的可靠性。方法 :使用美国Nicolet多功能电生理诊断仪 ,检测正常和视神经损伤大鼠的闪光视觉诱发电位 (F VEP)。结果 :在我们的实验条件下 ,每只大鼠均可引出典型的和重复性好的NPN波形 ,测出了正常大鼠F VEP峰潜时和振幅值的均值、95%可信区间 ;检测了视神经损伤大鼠的F VEP ,其特点为峰潜时值延迟 ,振幅值降低 ,与正常相比有显著性差异。结论 :F VEP乃是客观反映视神经功能的简便而有效的方法
Objective: To explore the reliability of flash visual evoked potentials objectively reflecting the state of visual function in rats. Methods: The flash visual evoked potential (F VEP) in normal and optic nerve injured rats was detected by Nicolet multifunctional electrophysiological diagnostic apparatus. Results: Under our experimental conditions, each rat can lead to a typical and good repeatability of the NPN waveforms, measured in normal rats F VEP peak mean and amplitude of the mean, 95% confidence interval; detection F VEP in rats with optic nerve injury was characterized by delayed peak-to-peak value and decreased amplitude, which was significantly different from normal. Conclusion: F VEP is a simple and effective method to objectively reflect optic nerve function
