本文针对某地沃尔玛超市配送线路存在的问题展开研究,在充分调查其配送路线具体情况及数据后,应用节约里程法进行优化。通过定量评价方法对物流配送线路优化后分析评价,优化结果是缩短配送路线的总里程,提高了配送效率,节约了物流成本。同时针对本地区沃尔玛超市整个配送流程中存在的问题,提出相应的优化建议,提升整体配送效率。
In this paper, a Wal-Mart supermarket distribution line for a place to study the problem, fully investigate the distribution of the specific circumstances and data, the application of mileage optimization method. After the quantitative evaluation method is used to optimize and analyze the logistics distribution route, the optimization result is to shorten the total mileage of the distribution route, improve the delivery efficiency and save the logistics cost. At the same time, according to the problems existing in the whole distribution process of Wal-Mart in our region, we put forward corresponding optimization suggestions to improve the overall delivery efficiency.
